Organic Young Thai Coconut Water
Hydration that’s out of its tree.
I’m the purest form of coconut water you’ll find in these parts. I’m made from young Thai coconuts that have not been genetically modified or sprayed with chemicals, and I’m free of added sugars, colours, flavours, preservatives, and chemicals of any kind. I have not been pasteurized or high pressure processed (HPP), so I contain living enzymes, which are beneficial for digestion and metabolism, as well as vitamins, essential minerals, and amino acids.
I’m filled with potassium, extremely hydrating and refreshing, and pretty darned delicious. My therapist tells me I have a superiority complex—but hey, no one’s perfect.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sometimes I turn pink. This is entirely natural, and nothing to worry about; it does not affect my quality or taste in any way. Pinking naturally occurs in raw coconut water that has not been pasteurized or artificially preserved due to the high levels of compounds known as organic “phenolic antioxidants” that are found in coconuts. When the phenolic antioxidant compounds interact with oxygen and certain enzymes present in coconut water, the water turns pink. Since I am pure, untreated, organic coconut water, this sometimes happens to me. But please rest assured that you have nothing to worry about. I'm equally delicious and healthy when pink—just slightly prettier.
