How are multiple-day Cleanses delivered? We deliver 2- and 3-day cleanses in one delivery.
Can I cleanse during the winter? We do not believe that there is a one-size-fits-all answer to this question. It depends on factors including your age, your current level of health, and the amount of time you plan to be spending outdoors during your cleanse. If you do decide to cleanse before spring has fully sprung, be sure to wear cozy layers (including a scarf!), sip herbal tea, and keep yourself warm.
Can I exercise while cleansing? Yes, it is good to keep moving while you are cleansing, but take it easy. You may find that you have a great deal of energy, but be careful not to overdo it. Try replacing high-intensity cardio with a walk, a swim, or a restorative yoga class.
