How to place an order for delivery:
1. Visit our online shop and fill your crate.
2. Click on the bottle icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen to proceed to the cart review page.
3. To upgrade your delivery into a subscription + save 10%, specify that you'd like to receive this order every week, every other week, or every month.
4. To schedule your delivery, enter your postal code into the address bar on the cart review page to select your preffered date + window.
5. Your order will appear on your doorstep.
Toronto + Surrounding Areas: We offer free delivery on orders over $69.95. Please note that the minimum order for delivery is $29, and a $10 delivery fee applies for orders under $69.95.
Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Ottawa: We offer free delivery on orders over $100. Please note that the minimum order for delivery is $39, and a $10 delivery fee applies for orders under $100.
What Makes Our Deliveries Different?
Next-Day Delivery
Order by 10pm and wake up to your order of organic plant-based beverages on your doorstep! Our next-day delivery service is available across most of Toronto.
Our delivery boxes are fully recyclable, and we keep everything cool with reusable ice-packs included in every delivery in the summer months, and for indoor deliveries (e.g. to condo buildings) in the winter months.
Carbon Offsetting
We carbon-offset every one of our home deliveries.
We crunch the numbers on each delivery's footprint, taking into account distance travelled and vehicle type, then donate to certified projects that protect forests around the world to neutralize that footprint.
One such project is The Katingan Peatland Restoration and Conservation Project which seeks to protect and restore one of the largest remaining intact peat swamp forests in Indonesia — an ecosystem over twice the size of Toronto.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Upon placing your order, your payment will be submitted for authorization, and then charged ahead of your order's delivery date. Charges will appear on your bank statement as GREENHOUSE.CA.
Returns + Refunds
Problem with your recent order? Please reach out to our team at delivery@greenhouse.ca and include the order number, name of the beverage, the best before date, and the delivery date within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
Please note: as a certified B Corporation, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and we will usually default to a refund over a replacement where applicable.
