How to place an order for delivery:
1. Make sure you are located within our delivery area.
2. Visit our online shop and fill your crate.
3. Click on your crate (the bottle icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen) to proceed to checkout.
4. To turn your delivery into a subscription, specify that you'd like to receive this order every week, every other week, or every month.
5. Your order will appear on your doorstep.
Toronto + Surrounding Areas: We offer free delivery on orders over $65. Please note that the minimum order for delivery is $29, and a $10 delivery fee applies for orders under $65.
Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge: We offer free delivery on orders over $100. Please note that the minimum order for delivery is $29, and a $10 delivery fee applies for orders under $100.
What Makes Our Deliveries Different?
Next-Day Delivery
Order by 11:30pm and wake up to your order of organic plant-based beverages on your doorstep! Our next-day delivery service is available across most of Toronto + Vancouver.
Our delivery boxes are fully recyclable, and we keep everything cool with reusable ice-packs included in every delivery.
Carbon Offsetting
We carbon-offset every one of our home deliveries.
We work with Shopify to crunch the numbers on each delivery's footprint, then donate directly to certified projects that protect forests, to neutralize that footprint.
Currently, our donations support Pachama's Jari Pará Project, which works to protect a large swath of the Amazonian Rainforest.
SMS Updates
To help ensure you never miss an important delivery update from us, we send all of our notifications by text.
We let you know when our delivery driver is close by, and follow up with a second text to confirm delivery once your order's on your doorstep.
When checking out with your order, please ensure you provide an up-to-date cell phone number so you don't miss these updates.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Upon placing your order, your payment will be submitted for authorization, and then charged ahead of your order's delivery date. Charges will appear on your bank statement as GREENHOUSE.CA.
