Mid-Day Squares are perfectly designed to stop your hunger or cravings in between meals. Each square is packed with clean plant protein, real chocolate, and superfoods, with 6g protein and 4g fibre per bar.

Born in Montreal, Mid-Day Squares is the first functional chocolate bar. The brand describes its delicious, nutrient-dense bars as "Everything A Chocolate Bar Isn't, Everything A Protein Bar Wishes It Was." Co-founder Lezlie Karls, who loves chocolate and living a clean lifestyle, came up with the concept while working in the fashion industry in New York City. Two years later, she convinced her husband, Nick, to leave the tech industry and help her bring the product to life. Along the way, they were able to convince her brother, Jake, to join the team and help them spread the good vibes that are Mid-Day Squares.
